  • Want to help? @SeattleFriends is delivering food & academic resources to families impacted by effects of #COVID19 & providing emotional & academic support to youth via phone. Please support Friends of the Children so youth have consistency thru this time: friendsseattle.org/donate

  • Are you looking for a way to help Seattle families disproportionately impacted by the #COVID19 crisis? Typically, Friends of the Children–Seattle provides 16 hours of one-on-one support for their youth each month, from kindergarten through high school graduation. In light of the coronavirus pandemic, their support is critical–and adapting. Instead of spending time with youth in classrooms and after-school activities, now their mentors are delivering food and essential supplies for families and academic materials and fun activities for their youth. They're continuing to provide kids with consistent emotional and academic support–which matters now more than ever–through regular phone, text and email contact. Please donate to Friends–Seattle to continue this support of youth and families throughout this crisis: friendsseattle.org/donate
