BOARD: Cliff Allen (he/him)

Professor Cliff Allen has been with Portland State University since 2008, initially serving as an assistant professor of Supply Chain Operations, then developing new programs, recruiting faculty, and most recently as Dean of the Business School for nine years. Before joining PSU, Dean Allen was a supply chain executive in the private industry.

Professor Allen holds a B.S. and M.A. in Economics from San Jose State University and a Ph.D. From Gonzaga University in Leadership Studies and International Business. He is currently completing his MA in Liberal Studies at Arizona State University.

Cliff has experience with Friends of the Children dating back sixteen years when he first moved to Portland, OR. His son, Miles, is currently a Director at Friends of the Children, while having previously served for many years as a mentor.
