Osmir 'Oz' Diaz is based out of Seattle with roots from the Washington D.C area. As an Indigenous Latina raised in the D.C. area, advocacy and community amplification have been a constant throughout her life. From beginnings in local community outreach to award-winning involvements with Girl Scouts of the Nation's Capital and advertising for major clients in corporate marketing, she now holds a decade of experience with multiple organizations across Greater Seattle.
Led by her passion for people, Oz is dedicated to amplifying the stories of organizations through human-first creative strategies. Her campaigns have been featured in publications such as the Global Giving Tuesday Guide, The Washington Post, USA TODAY, major blogs, and podcasts. Oz landed at Friends-Seattle to continue to apply her skillset at an organization with an impactful mission, especially one that ignites transformation in communities for generations to come.
