The Chief Development & Communications Officer will join our Leadership Team to help increase awareness, build a sense of community, and acquire the resources needed to support the organizational growth laid out in our strategic plan. Reporting to the Executive Director, the CDCO will act as a player/coach to a team of six professionals to execute fundraising and communications plans.

Professional Mentor, K-5 and Teen

We are currently hiring K-5 and Teen Professional Mentors!

K-5 mentors work with youth in kindergarten through 5th grade. Teen mentors work with youth in middle and high school. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work intensively with youth alongside their families and caregivers to develop trusting relationships, set positive expectations, nurture talents and abilities, and teach life and academic skills.
