We are looking for a collaborative, strategic and results-driven Development & Communications Director to join our team! The Development & Communications Director oversees the organization’s communications and fundraising efforts. They will partner with the Chief Development & Communications Officer and manage a staff of two to successfully increase visibility, enhance our donor development systems, lead events and campaigns, and maintain a strong focus on meeting the organization’s revenue goals. Responsible for stewarding and cultivating relationships with volunteers, donors, corporate & community partners, and colleagues, the Development Director will work closely with volunteers, the Board of Directors and Ambassador Board, and our Development & Communications team.
