Staff: Kallen Blacksmith (they/them)

Kallen was born in Pine Ridge, SD. They attended Dartmouth University. Kallen is excited to work at Friends because of the opportunity to build meaningful connections with the kids, learn from them and be a part of their journey.

When not mentoring kiddos, you can find Kallen beading. They are passionate about inequalities in education, language revitalization, and overall social inequalities.
