Staff: Sophia Moreno (she/her)

Sophia was born and raised in Washington and has been a professional mentor at Friends of the Children Seattle for almost five years. She discovered her passion for youth development, advocacy, and community engagement through life experience and a term and a half as an Americorps VISTA volunteer.

Sophia graduated from Seattle Central College with a degree in Applied Behavioral Science. Sophia is excited to build community at Friends and continue serving youth and families in the greater Seattle area.
