Company-Sponsored Volunteering

Did you know that many companies provide incentives for employees to volunteer with organizations like ours?

Please use the search tool below to see if your company provides volunteer grants or Paid Volunteer Time Off (PVTO) programs and to access the forms, guidelines, and instructions that you need to participate.

If your company isn’t listed here, but you want to check if your volunteer hours can be matched in dollars by your workplace, please reach out to your HR department/representative to submit a volunteer time match through the portal they use to submit corporate matching gifts (i.e. YourCause, Benevity, America’s Best Local Charities, etc.).

Most corporations have their own procedures in place that allocate a certain amount of money per hour volunteered. If possible, please ask your HR representative to include a note with their entry or to send a direct message to us at development@friendsseattle.org, specifying the amount they are submitting to Friends of the Children-Seattle. This will ensure that your workplace's matching gift from your volunteer hours is directed toward our organization. Thank you!
